| The Children's Ministry staff has the important responsibility of teaming up with parents to disciple children. Proverbs 22:6 says to "Train up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart from it." We need to teach our children to know Jesus and to continually grow in him.
It is that "One Thing" that is important - a growing relationship with Jesus. And that growing relationship resembles the human-to-human connection - a real friendship. All we do supports that "One Thing"!
To achieve this goal we want our times to be R.E.A.L - Relational, Experiential, Applicable, and Learner-based.
We accomplish this by providing a fun and interactive learning atmosphere that is on the level with the age of your child. Our staff is trained to create this environment by using games, crafts, small groups, visual aids and by creating a setting in which children may ask questions and provide input.
Children attend the Sunday morning service with their parents for worship and then are dismissed for Splish & Splash before the sermon.
